Our Meditation Classes
Kashyapa Centre offer a wide range of meditation classes for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Many people find the meditations they learn at our classes are of great long term benefit in their lives.
Meditation is a method for understanding our own mind and developing inner peace. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness.
