Weekend Retreat at Losang Dragpa Centre

A retreat provides us with an opportunity to escape from the busyness of our daily lives so that we can focus on our spiritual practice. This weekend retreat will consist of guided meditation sessions aimed at developing inner peace. There will be plenty of time between sessions for relaxing and mixing with spiritual friends.
Losang Dragpa Centre is based at the stunning location of Dobroyd Castle, overlooking Todmorden. It is a spectacular and very peaceful setting, perfect for an uplifting and rejuvenating weekend.
The retreat will start on the evening of Friday 23rd and finish on Sunday afternoon.
Costs for the weekend are £54 for a single room and £40 for a twin room, this includes all meals.

What is Tantra?
Sunday 1st April 10am-1pm
Tantra is Buddhas most profound teachings that can lead us quickly to enlightenment and help us to transform all our activities into the spiritual path. On this course we will look at the special qualities of tantric practice and what we need to do in order to practice it.
Cost is £10 per person, and includes a light lunch after the course.
