Weekly Meditation Classes
Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk and discussion. They provide an ideal introduction to meditation and Buddhism.
We begin a new course of meditation classes in June called 'Universal Compassion'. This course will be based on the book 'Universal Compassion' by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, which contains a practical and uplifting explanation of how we can transform our day-to-day living - including even the most demanding and difficult conditions - into opportunities for personal and spiritual development.

Our weekly meditation classes teach basic meditation techniques and the practice of Kadampa Buddhism. The purpose of these classes is to help people to gain personal experience of inner peace, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness in their hearts.
