Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk and discussion. They provide an ideal introduction to meditation and Buddhism.
Latest Meditation Courses
We begin a new course of meditation classes in September that will be based on the book 'The New Meditation Handbook' by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This book provides:
- A clear introduction to meditation and its benefits
- A step-by-step guide to twenty-one meditations
- How to develop and maintain peaceful and happier states of mind

Our weekly meditation classes teach basic meditation techniques and the practice of Kadampa Buddhism. The purpose of these classes is to help people to gain personal experience of inner peace, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness in their hearts.
